Laser Shots is a rock/alternative band from Tallaght that formed in February 2009. As they are new, they are just hitting the gigging scene and performed in NOISE Battle of the Bands ‘09 in STARS Youth Cafe on October 10th and made it to the final at the Civic theatre, October 27th at 8pm.

Of their gig in STARS, Steph Palmer of Affliction Promotion said: “Their first song was ‘I Can Naturally Screw Up On My Own.’ For a band just starting out in the gigging scene they were amazing. The acoustic guitar and lyrics make the song feel mellow. Their second trackwas ‘Night Out.’ The band decided to rock it up a bit so they ended their set with this song. The intro. is upbeat and catchy. Rhythmatic in some places also.
