Paradigm began in late 2008. They explain, “we’ve been practicing our sets, jamming with a large repertoire of songs and writing a few of our own since then. We play a lot of Alternative-Grunge, Rock n Roll that sort of stuff.” They’re always looking for gigs and competitions.

They played at STARS Youth Cafe on October 17th in Ronanstown for NOISE ‘09. Steph Palmer of Affliction Promotion said of their gig: “Before the band went on stage, they had a huge fanbase chanting their name. When the band came on stage and started their fist song ”Raining On A Stone” everyone was clapping along. Shane McDonnell and David Higgins bring in good effect on guitar. Their second track ”Get Back On” is a lot more mellow and chilled out. Lead singer Shane Conlon has a good voice when it comes to holding the notes. Would be an impressive instrumental song also.”
