In October 2008, Rathfarnham Concert Band Society and Soundation, Lucan Youth Service’s new sound technology group worked together to create a new sound piece called ‘Pure NOISE’. 60 members of Rathfarnham Concert Band Society travelled out to Lucan to record some performances and Lucan’s Soundation group remixed the recording in their new studio facilities. Especially created for the launch of the NOISE site, the sound piece is accompanied with a visual presentation.
